QUANTITATIVE EEG BRAIN MAP
Two appointments are required to be booked for the EEG Brain Map. Price includes a quantitative brain map report.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation policy applies to all services at Mark Darling Psychology.
Cancellations between 24 to 48 hours before the agreed appointment will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
If you have a Monday appointment, please give us notice before 5pm on the Thursday before, to avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the agreed appointment will be charged at 100% of the session fee.
Non-attendance without any notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee.
We do understand that extenuating circumstances may be involved in the need to cancel therefore the cancellation fee may be waived or reduced at the discretion of the clinic.
*MEDICARE MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT PLANS
To be eligible for Medicare rebates, you must be referred by your General Practitioner, or other relevant medical practitioner, under a current Mental Health Treatment Plan. Here you can read some excellent tips for how to talk with your doctor about your mental health on the Healthdirect website.
A Mental Health Treatment Plan lets you claim up to 10 sessions with a mental health professional each calendar year. To start with, your doctor will refer you for up to 6 sessions at a time. If you need more, you will need to visit your GP to receive another referral for the remaining 4 sessions.
If you are eligible for Mental Health Treatment Plan pricing, you will be billed the full session fee at the time of your appointment. At the same time Mark Darling Psychology will automatically process the Medicare rebate which is currently $93.35 for you and you should receive it back into your nominated bank account within 24-48 hours.
